The Hikvision DS-7616NXI-K2/16P/VPro is a 16-channel 4K NVR from Hikvision's VPro K Series, built around AcuSense technology to reduce false alarms and cut the time spent reviewing footage. With 16 built-in PoE ports, cameras connect and configure automatically on first install with no external switch needed, keeping cabling tidy and setup straightforward. AcuSeek and AcuSearch run across all 16 channels when paired with compatible AcuSense cameras, allowing the unit to model up to 50,000 targets per day and letting you search footage by drawing a zone on screen rather than scrubbing through hours of recordings manually.

Storage is handled by two SATA bays each supporting up to 16TB, with H.265+ compression reducing storage usage by up to 75% compared to standard H.264, keeping running costs down over time. Video output runs simultaneously via HDMI at up to 4K resolution and VGA, with 16-channel synchronous playback supported. Facial recognition covers up to 8 channels for face picture comparison, with a library supporting up to 50,000 face pictures across 16 groups. The unit is fully Hik-Connect compatible for remote access and management via smartphone or browser.
